Relevant du directeur adjoint, Analyse d'affaires au sein du Centre d'excellence TI, l'analyste d'affaires joue un role cle a differentes etapes du cycle de vie des initiatives. Il contribue a l'elaboration de dossiers d'affaires de qualite en cernant les besoins, en analysant les enjeux, en definissant la valeur recherchee et en explorant des pistes de solution afin de soutenir une prise de decision eclairee.

L'analyste d'affaires facilite la decouverte, la collecte et la documentation des exigences. Grace a sa maitrise des techniques d'analyse et d'optimisation des processus, il collabore etroitement avec les parties prenantes a la conception de solutions adaptees aux objectifs d'affaires. Responsable du cycle de vie des exigences, il contribue egalement a l'assurance qualite des livrables ainsi qu'aux activites de gestion du changement pour favoriser l'adoption des solutions mises en place.

Vous vous realiserez dans les fonctions suivantes:

  • Comprendre et integrer les grands enjeux, priorites, cibles et strategies de l'organisation ainsi que de ses partenaires internes afin de guider ses actions en coherence avec les orientations strategiques.
  • Realiser des analyses d'opportunites, des dossiers de positionnement d'affaires et des dossiers d'affaires pour le portefeuille.
  • Proposer des solutions novatrices permettant de repondre aux besoins reels de l'organisation et de creer de la valeur.
  • S'assurer que les solutions repondent aux besoins reels de l'organisation en justifiant les recommandations et decisions.
  • Modeliser des processus d'affaires en utilisant la norme Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN).
  • Gerer le cycle de vie des exigences d'affaires, processus, regles d'affaires et decisions.
  • Collaborer avec les experts des differents domaines d'affaires afin d'assurer l'adequation entre les besoins et les solutions livrees.
  • Contribuer, en collaboration avec les parties prenantes requises, a la conception et a la realisation des solutions d'affaires.
  • Accompagner les partenaires d'affaires dans la prise de decision dans le cadre de la conception et de la realisation des solutions d'affaires.
  • Assurer le respect de l'architecture d'affaires ainsi que des orientations des dossiers d'affaires lors de la livraison.
  • Participer activement a la communaute de pratique en analyse d'affaires (amelioration continue, co-developpement, mentorat, etc.).

Vos talents et qualifications:

  • Baccalaureat en administration avec une concentration en systemes d'informations organisationnels (SIO) ou gestion des technologies d'affaires (GTA), ou dans une discipline connexe.
  • Cumuler au moins 3 ans d'experience en analyse d'affaires dont au moins deux (2) ans d'experience en elaboration de dossier d'affaires
  • Maitrise des pratiques et outils de documentation des besoins, exigences, processus, regles d'affaires et essais.
  • Connaissance du BABOK.
  • Avoir evolue dans un contexte d'agilite a l'echelle
  • Certification de l'IIBA, certification SAFe (atouts majeurs).
  • Maitrise avancee de la langue francaise, tant a l'oral qu'a l'ecrit ainsi qu'une maitrise intermediaire de la langue anglaise, tant a l'oral qu'a l'ecrit, en raison de la nature des taches ou d'interactions avec des collegues, partenaires, clients ou fournisseurs anglophones, ou afin de repondre aux objectifs de croissance de l'entreprise a l'exterieur du Quebec.
