  • Développer et faire respecter des politiques, des normes et de la documentation en matière de données afin de soutenir une gestion des données évolutive
  • Surveiller, auditer et améliorer en continu les processus liés aux données afin d’identifier et de corriger de façon proactive les enjeux de qualité des données
  • Maintenir une source unique de vérité à travers tous les systèmes de données (ex. : ERP, Shopify)


Reporting et analyse financière

  • Concevoir, développer et maintenir des rapports financiers récurrents, incluant notamment :
  • Analyse des marges
  • Rentabilité par produit, client et canal
  • Analyses des ventes réelles vs prévisions et budget

Qualifications et compétences

  • Expérience dans l’industrie du vêtement / de l’habillement

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Data and Reporting Analyst plays a pivotal role at the intersection of data governance, business intelligence, and financial reporting. This position is responsible for establishing a single source of truth across operational and financial systems, ensuring data integrity and financial environments, and transforming complex datasets into actionable insights for executive decision-making.


In addition to serving as the organization’s primary analytical strategist, this role provides critical support to Finance through the development of accurate, timely financial reports, performance analyses, and forecasting inputs. By bridging data architecture, operational analytics, and financial reporting, this leader enables scalable growth, revenue optimization, and disciplined financial management.


Key Responsibilities

Data Governance and Infrastructure

  • Establish and maintain enterprise data governance frameworks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity across operational and financial systems
  • Develop and enforce data policies, standards, and documentation to support scalable data management
  • Monitor, audit, and continuously improve data processes to proactively identify and resolve data quality issues
  • Maintain a single source of truth across all data systems (e.g., ERP, Shopify)


Financial Reporting & Analysis

  • Design, build, and maintain recurring financial reports, including:
  • Margin analysis
  • Product, customer, and channel profitability
  • Sales vs. forecast and budget variance reporting
  • Cost analysis and expense tracking
  • Ad hoc financial modeling and scenario analysis
  • Support monthly and quarterly close processes by ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and reconciliation across systems

Data Analysis & Business Intelligence

  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports to support the executive team, Finance, and functional leaders

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Enablement

  • Work closely with Sales Operations to understand reporting needs and deliver timely, accurate insights
  • Partners with Product Development teams to ensure style, costing, and lifecycle data are accurate and governance-compliant
  • Train and mentor team members on best practices in data analysis, financial reporting, and data governance


Data Systems Management

  • Oversee integrity and ongoing optimization of the ERP system
  • Ensure accurate setup and tracking of purchase orders, product costs, and related financial attributes
  • Improve data workflows between all data systems and reporting tools to reduce manual intervention and errors
  • Directly manage and mentor the Purchasing Coordinator to ensure accurate data entry


Strategic Initiatives

  • Support leadership with data-driven insights for strategic planning, investment decisions, and performance management
  • Lead or contribute to special projects requiring advanced analytics, financial insight, or system integration
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, visibility, and decision quality


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Finance)
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in systems management, data analytics, or a closely related role
  • Experience working in the garment/apparel industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Proven experience supporting financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A-related analysis
  • Solid understanding of data governance principles and data management best practices
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, SQL and reporting tools
  • Excellent communication skills, able to clearly present complex analyses to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to translate operational and production data into financial insights
