Who You Are:

  • A highly organized professional with 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis, governance reporting, or PMO functions (minimum 3+ years in a large enterprise environment).
  • Skilled in Excel - Power Query, PivotTables, advanced formulas (XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, INDEX/MATCH), and data modeling.
  • Proficient in Power BI - connecting datasets, designing dashboards, and building DAX measures for financial KPIs.
  • Experienced in PowerPoint - creating executive-level visuals that communicate complex data with clarity and impact.
  • Comfortable collaborating in Microsoft Teams and SharePoint - managing documents, meetings, and stakeholder communications globally.
  • Experienced with Microsoft Copilot (M365) - using AI to summarize data, automate reporting, and enhance productivity.
  • Strong in project and deliverable management - able to plan, track, and follow through on executive meetings and reporting cycles.
  • A confident communicator who can present insights and recommendations to senior leadership with clarity and precision.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment and values quality, accountability, and data accuracy.

It Would Be Awesome If You Had:

  • Experience supporting financial governance programs or executive reporting functions at a global financial institution.
  • Familiarity with Power AutomatePlanner, or Loop to streamline reporting and follow-up workflows.
  • A background in organizational strategyfinancial tracking, or data-driven decision support.
  • Experience improving meeting effectiveness through structured agendas, pre-reads, and follow-up discipline.

What You Will Do:

  • Build and automate financial dashboards and governance reports in Excel and Power BI.
  • Develop executive-ready PowerPoint presentations with data-driven insights and clear decision points.
  • Use Copilot to summarize data, create visuals, and generate structured meeting summaries.
  • Coordinate executive governance meetings - scheduling, agendas, data validation, pre-reads, and post-meeting follow-ups.
  • Maintain data integrity, version control, and governance tracking across multiple programs and regions.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Engineering, and PMO teams to align reporting structures and enhance visibility.
  • Continuously refine reporting processes for efficiency, clarity, and automation.
