Job Description Summary

We are looking for a data-driven Analyst II, Analytics to join our team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between raw data and business strategy by developing automated dashboards, performing deep-dive analyses, and communicating actionable insights to stakeholders. This is a remote-friendly position suited for a mid-level professional with strong SQL skills and a passion for storytelling through data.

How will you make an impact & Requirements

Role Overview: The Analyst II, Analytics will support our data initiatives by ensuring data integrity and delivering high-impact visualizations. You will work within the Google Cloud Platform ecosystem to transform complex datasets into clear, executive-level insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis & Modeling: Write and optimize complex SQL queries in BigQuery to extract, clean, and model data for reporting.

  • Visualization: Design, build, and maintain high-performance automated dashboards in Tableau.

  • Pipeline Monitoring: Interface with Airflow to monitor data workflows and ensure reporting accuracy and freshness.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business leaders to define KPIs and present findings that drive departmental strategy.

  • Continuous Improvement: Assist in the potential migration or implementation of Looker for self-service analytics.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence.

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL (ETL logic, window functions, and performance tuning).

  • Hands-on experience building production-level dashboards in Tableau.

  • Experience working within GCP (BigQuery) or a similar cloud data warehouse.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Looker (LookML) or other modern BI modeling layers.

  • Basic understanding of Airflow for scheduling and monitoring data pipelines.

  • Experience with Python for data manipulation or automation.

Compensation Range:

$63,982.00

to

$121,228.00

The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
