The role involves assisting with the administration of the Prism HR system, supporting internal workflows, and collaborating with the Client Success team to ensure smooth operations across departments.
Responsibilities:
• Assist the Prism HR platform administrator with system configuration, user access, and data integrity tasks across client spaces.
• Help maintain client-facing Prism HR environments, supporting proper setup and ongoing maintenance in line with each client's HR and payroll structure.
• Assist with building and updating system workflows within Prism to support accurate and efficient HR operations across the organization.
• Support system-level onboarding and offboarding tasks for clients within Prism, helping ensure complete, compliant, and timely transitions.
• Work with internal departments to understand operational needs and help adjust system workflows that support efficient, compliant day-to-day functions.
• Help identify process gaps, redundancies, or inefficiencies in existing internal systems and support efforts to resolve them.
• Help keep internal software platforms running in line with departmental objectives and CHR's broader service delivery standards.
• Serve as a first point of contact for internal system issues, troubleshooting common technical workflow concerns and escalating more complex issues as needed.
• Assist with the upkeep and ongoing maintenance of CHR's internal technology infrastructure.
• Help maintain the organization's SharePoint environment and shared file systems so they remain organized, secure, and accessible to authorized users.
• Follow and help apply standards for file naming, storage, version control, and document management across internal platforms.
• Support the build-out and continuous improvement of CHR's internal data architecture as the organization grows and evolves.
• Own the workstation deployment process for new and departing employees, ensuring accuracy of account set up and data security.
• Assist with maintaining integrations between CHR's internal platforms and third-party systems to support reliable data flow and operational continuity.
• Support system integration projects, helping with tasks such as requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
• Support internal software transitions, helping to minimize disruption to operations and keep affected teams informed throughout the process.
• Assist in working with third-party vendors and technology partners on system implementations, upgrades, troubleshooting, and ongoing platform support.
• Follow and help apply cybersecurity best practices across CHR systems, platforms, and infrastructure environments.
• Help monitor for security vulnerabilities, access anomalies, and data risk across internal and client-facing platforms, and report concerns to the appropriate team.
• Help ensure systems, file environments, and integrations meet applicable data security and privacy standards.
• Assist with maintaining internal protocols for secure access management, user permissions, and system audit trails.
• Work with the Client Success team to help clients maintain access to CHR services and software platforms.
• Provide technical support to the Client Success team on client system configurations, platform questions, and service delivery issues.
• Support the onboarding of new clients from a systems perspective, helping ensure platforms are properly configured and accessible at the time-of-service launch.
• Assist with client-facing technology projects as directed, including system demonstrations, data migrations, and platform training.
• Assist with cross-functional and leadership-driven projects as needed, contributing technical support and assistance.
• Help document system configurations, integration specifications, and infrastructure standards to keep the internal knowledge base accurate and current.
• Stay current on emerging HR technology platforms, integration capabilities, and industry best practices to support CHR's ongoing infrastructure efforts.
• Produce and distribute reports through the Prism HR Report Center to help meet the needs of internal departments and clients.
• Build and maintain customized report views based on departmental or client requirements, helping ensure outputs are accurate, timely, and properly formatted.
• Use SQL-based reporting tools, with support as needed, to fulfill specialized reporting requests that fall outside standard Prism platform capabilities.
• Respond to report requests from any internal department or client, prioritizing accuracy and responsiveness in all reporting deliverables.
• Work with department leads and the Client Success team to understand ongoing reporting needs and help refine report views to reflect changes in operations or client structure.
Qualifications:
