Job description

Join the HCRBrands Family - Now Hiring Human Resources Manager
Location: Emigsville, PA Corporate Office - National Travel Required

Who We Are

At YorkHoist, we don’t just build and service cranes—we lift people, too. As a third-generation family-owned business, we’ve spent decades fostering a culture of care, respect, and relentless pursuit of excellence. Our team is our greatest asset, and when you join us, you're not just taking a job - you're becoming part of a family that values trust, growth, and showing up for one another.

We’re proud to be a leading force in the material handling industry, but what sets us apart isn’t just our top-tier equipment or national client base, it’s our people-first philosophy and unwavering belief that doing the right thing always comes first.

About the Role

The Human Resources Manager plays a central leadership role in shaping the employee experience across HCRBrands. This position is responsible for recruiting strategy, payroll administration, benefits management, HR systems ownership, retention initiatives, and policy governance across multiple operating locations and states.

This role is not administrative in nature. It is operational, strategic, and culture-defining.

We are seeking an energetic self-starter who is comfortable with modern HR technology, confident managing complex payroll structures, and motivated to build the strongest recruiting pipeline in our industry. The ideal candidate will actively engage in technician and fabricator recruiting efforts, attend hiring events, host recruiting sessions at our facilities, and help position HCRBrands as the employer skilled trades professionals want to join.

This role supports a geographically distributed workforce that includes in-person office employees, manufacturing teams, field service technicians, and remote team members operating across multiple states. The Human Resources Manager will ensure consistent policies, strong communication, and scalable HR systems that support continued expansion into additional markets as the organization grows.

As a growing family-owned organization, HCRBrands operates with a lean leadership structure. Like all leadership roles within the company, the Human Resources Manager is expected to wear multiple hats, support cross-functional initiatives, assist other leaders as needed, help coordinate company events, and play an active role in strengthening employee morale and engagement across the organization.

This role will help build the HR structure required to support a growing multi-state organization competing in a rapidly consolidating industry.

This individual will serve as the internal champion of our values and help leadership reinforce a workplace environment where employees feel supported, respected, and proud to be part of the organization.
