Currently, we are seeking a Manager of IT Operations-CISPOINT to join our Team! This position will work with COMSO's Managed Service Provider, CISPOINT.

Job Description: The Operations Manager will oversee and optimize day-to-day operations within our organization, ensuring efficient service delivery and team performance. This role is pivotal in maintaining and improving our operational processes, customer satisfaction, and overall company growth. This is a Full Time On-Site position.


Must have demonstrated experience as a detail-oriented IT Manager, with a proven track record of mentoring, coaching, and leading personnel within the IT services industry.ย 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Oversight: Manage and coordinate daily operations, ensuring service quality and timeliness across all client engagements.
  • Team Management: Lead and support a team of technicians, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in workflows and implement solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs and metrics to assess team performance, providing regular feedback and reports to leadership.
  • Client Relations: Collaborate with the account management team to maintain high customer satisfaction and address operational issues effectively.
  • Resource Management: Ensure optimal allocation of resources, including personnel, tools, and technology, to meet client needs and coordinate with the Director of Special Technical Projects on resources and project deadlines.
  • Compliance: Ensure operations align with industry standards and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years IT experience with 1-3 years' experience in an operations management role, preferably within the MSP or IT services industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in IT Management, or a related field is preferred but not required with equivalent experience
  • Certifications: Industry Certifications are preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management and mentoring skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in project management and operational planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with MSP tools such as RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management) and PSA (Professional Services Automation) platforms.
  • Experience with Microsoft technologies and tools (e.g., Azure, Office 365, Intune).
  • Experience with the Kaseya Platform (e.g., Kaseya Autotask, Datto RMM and EDR, etc.)
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Must be able to pass a Background Investigation and Driving Record Check
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Driving record will be checked.

On Target Earning: $80,000 - $115,000

Compensation ranges are a general guideline only and not intended as a guaranteed and/or implied final compensation or salary for this job opening. Determination of official compensation or salary relies on several different factors including, but not limited to: level of position, complexity of job responsibilities, geographic location, candidate's scope of relevant work experience, educational background, certifications, contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and alignment with local market data.
