Must-Have Skills:

  • Experience providing Tier 1/Tier 2 technical support for retail IT systems, including POS hardware/software, back-office systems, printers, and network troubleshooting.
  • Strong knowledge of retail networking (TCP/IP, VPNs, wireless, switches, routers) with experience resolving hardware, software, payment processing, and connectivity issues.
  • Experience with IT service management, incident documentation, system maintenance, technology deployments.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience supporting Gilbarco Passport POS, Verifone/EMV payment devices, and fuel dispenser communication systems.
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices, asset management, and convenience store or fuel retail environments.
