In this role, the internal employees you support are your customers, and creating a fast, friendly, and reliable experience for them is at the heart of the job.
We are looking for someone who can work independently, troubleshoot confidently, and bring IT experience (ideally in a healthcare or dental setting) to a team that supports practices across multiple states. If you are someone who takes pride in making every internal employee feel heard, helped, and taken care of, we want to hear from you!

  • Provide hands on and remote support for our Microsoft 365 environment
  • Manage helpdesk tickets and phone support with a strong sense of urgency, clear communication, and follow through
  • Travel occasionally (up to 15%) to resource center and practice locations for on-site support and equipment deployments
  • Install, troubleshoot, and support practice management and imaging software/hardware in a dental setting
  • Partner closely with network and systems administrators on larger IT initiatives and rollouts
  • Document processes, procedures, and recurring issues to build out team knowledge base
What Makes You a Great Fit
  • Exceptional customer service skills are a must
  • Prior IT support experience required; healthcare or dental IT experience strongly preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; you must be comfortable explaining technical issues to non-technical staff with patience and clarity
  • A demonstrated sense of urgency and ownership when resolving employee IT issues
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 15%) to support practice locations
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; relevant IT certifications a plus
What We Offer
  • Competitive pay
  • Mileage reimbursement for business travel
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Life insurance
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Paid time off and paid holidays
  • The opportunity to be the trusted IT partner for practice and resource center teams across a well-established, multi state dental organization
Schedule amp; Location
Full-time, hybrid position based out of the Des Moines / West Des Moines, IA area, supporting the Cordental Group resource center and practice network. Occasional travel (up to 15%) to practice locations is required.
