- Partner with intranet management colleagues to provide key words to ensure the resource repository is discoverable by colleagues searching for resources via the intranet.
- Manage an annual process to update data and analytics acronyms to the enterprise repository.
Continuous Improvement & Team support
- Partner with team members to define and track performance metrics aimed at overall community engagement, adoption of best practices and tooling, and skill development.
- Use insights from metrics and practitioner feedback to refine enablement strategies.
- Partner with a range of internal teams in pursuit of goals such as access provisioning, technology services, cyber security, data architecture, and platform and tool owners.
- Support the broader enablement team in support of the data and analytics community. Such activities include co-managing Outlook accounts, assisting in technical instruction for upskilling colleagues in data literacy, and supporting planning for large community of practice events.
