This role will support Compassion's multi-year comprehensive donor fundraising campaign and serve as a strategic businesssupportpartner to the Campaign Director andCampaign team. The specialist will help drive key priorities through exceptional coordination, communication, and operational excellence, ensuring the seamless execution of campaignobjectivesand business priorities.

What will you do?

  • Maintains a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ,maintainsa courteous, Christ-like attitude in dealing with people within and outside of Compassion, and faithfully upholds Compassion's ministry in prayer.

  • Acts as an advocate to raisethe awarenessof the needs of children. Understands Christ's mandate to protect children. Commits to and prioritizes child protection considerations in all decision-making,tasksand activities across the ministry. Abides by all behavioral expectations in Compassion's Statement of Commitment to Child Protection and Code of Conduct. Reports any concerns of abuse,neglector exploitation of children through Compassion's internal reporting process and appropriately supports responses to incidents if they occur.

  • Uphold and engage in Compassion's coreCultural Behaviors

  • Provide advancedDirector-level calendar managementsupport by strategically coordinating a high-volume, complex schedule; prioritizing business-critical and executive commitments; safeguarding protected time; maintaining long-range visibility of upcoming engagements; proactively resolving scheduling conflicts; and ensuring adherence to established calendar governance, meeting prioritization, and executive availability guidelines.

  • Provide comprehensive logistical and content planning support for both on-site and virtual meetings, including agenda development,roomand space reservations, room setup and preparation, printing and distribution of meeting materials, coordination of audiovisual and technology requirements, catering arrangements, travel logistics, and seamless facilitation of presentations and slide transitions.

  • Develop,maintain, and deliver high-quality meeting documentation, including detailed notes, executive summaries, and follow-up materials. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail while capturing key priorities, decisions,and action items.Support successful action item execution by tracking follow-through,monitoringprogress against assigned ownership, and deliveringtimelyupdates to stakeholders.

  • ProvideDirector-leveladmin support, includingproofing/editing, expense management,andtravel planning. Maintains ongoing project lists, digital filing systems, and deliverables.Ensuresaccuracy in campaign talking points and FAQ documentation.

  • Providebusiness support to donor campaign fundraisinginitiative, including but not limited to special projectsandongoing communication updates.Further, mayassistwith donor stewardship, workstream projects, and campaign-related resource materials.

  • Salesforce CRM activities, including research and data analysis, campaign metrics tracking and reporting, multi-year pledgesupport, campaign-related activity logging, overall campaign planning and coordination support, andaccuratedata entry and maintenance.

  • Preparematerials for leadership and donor meetings.Coordinateswith internal teams to ensureaccurate,timelyevent data.

  • Execute invoice requests and provide support for vendor contracts as needed.

  • Prepares and relays communication concerning business operations and outcomes to appropriate audiences to foster understanding and acceptance for initiatives,policies, and practices. Further,contributesto change integration across projects within the team. Works toidentifychange saturation among target audiences as needed.

  • Trains and advises key stakeholders on processes, guidelines, and opportunities related to the group or campaign projects, events, and strategies. May liaise and coordinate between assigned team and other key neighbors across the ministry.

  • Develops consistent and effective metrics for the application of data in the ministry and develops strategy-related data/metrics definition, analysis, dashboards, tools, and artifacts to provide up-to-date status of key initiatives.

  • Proactive in partnering with other groups' professionals whenrequiredto integrate information and processes across functions. Serves as a skilled contributor to various projects as assigned in support of the work of Business Support management.

  • The incumbent may coach and provideexpertiseto other professionals and support staff.

Whatdoyou bring?

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent education, experience, training, and/or certification

  • 7+ years of experience in this or a related field

  • Demonstrated strongproficiencyin Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, to improve productivity and support daily business operations.

  • Ability toexecute high-impact virtual meetings with confidence,utilizingadvanced Teams and Zoom skills to manage presentations, meeting controls, breakout rooms, recordings, participant support, and real-time issue resolution.

  • Experience managing multiple complex calendars/schedules, travel arrangements,and expenses

  • Technical fluency; ability to learn new systems quickly

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build strong alliances, effectively influence, and negotiate

  • Proactive approach and independent work style; ability to navigate ambiguity to solve problems and execute complex tasks with minimal oversight

  • Heart for providing incredible support to our leaders and teams

  • Salesforceor other CRM software experience is a plus

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of normalschedule.
