Era Living is seeking an RN or LPN to oversee our assisted living program at The Gardens at Town Square Community, Bellevue, WA.. The Gardens at Town Square Community is an assisted living community in Bellevue, WA. The Resident Care Manager will be supported by an experienced team of caregivers, many of whom have been with our community for a long time.

Primary Responsibilities:
The Resident Care Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of resident care within the community and will effectively manage our team of caregivers, ensuring adequate day-to-day staffing and scheduling. This role will contribute to the assessment of residents, participate in developing plan of care, and implement health care services for Assisted Living residents.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Ability to perform duties in compliance with established Standard Precautions, fire safety, infection control and sanitation procedures, and Era Living policies and procedures
  • Ability to respond constructively to changes and/or problems encountered in work environment
  • Sensitive to the needs and concerns of older adults
  • Ability to use a computer, with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to read, write and communicate in English
  • Ability to pass DSHS background check, required

Education and Experience:
  • Current WA State LPN or RN
  • 1 years' nursing experience, required
  • 3 to 5 years of experience, preferred
  • Experience caring for older adults in residential settings (Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing Facility, or Home Health), preferred
  • Previous employee management experience, preferred
  • Food Handler's Certificate or able to obtain within 14 days of hire
