Resident Care Director - RN or LPN

Calyx Living is actively seeking an energetic Resident Care Director - either RN or LPN - for our contemporary assisted living community! 

Calyx is looking to hire NOW a nurse as our Resident Care Director to oversee Resident Care at the community. A well-qualified RN or LPN has experience in the following: 

  • Overseeing a resident care department through supervising and hands-on support of the care staff
  • Managing and training resident care staff to ensure quality service delivery
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Completing resident assessments and care plans for new and current residents
  • Conducting daily/weekly compliance audits and QA initiatives

Resident Care Director Qualifications:

  • RN or LPN nursing license in good standing with the State of North Carolina
  • Minimum of two years nursing experience, long-term care experience preferred
  • Supervisory experience preferred
