What You'll Do

As a PRN Nurse, you'll play an essential role in ensuring residents receive high-quality, compassionate care while supporting the overall health and wellness of our community. - Provide nursing care and clinical oversight for residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care - Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders - Monitor resident health status and respond appropriately to changes in condition - Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and team members - Maintain accurate documentation and medication records - Assist with assessments, care planning, and resident wellness initiatives - Provide leadership and support to caregivers and care staff - Promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life
