Overview

Slocumb Law Firm is hiring a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney in Jackson, Wyoming.

We are seeking an attorney with hands-on Personal Injury litigation experience who can manage cases from intake through resolution and operate effectively in a courtroom environment. This role requires urgency, ownership, and strong client communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Personal Injury cases from intake through resolution

  • Draft pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements

  • Conduct legal research to support case strategy

  • Represent clients in hearings, mediations, negotiations, and courtroom proceedings

  • Maintain knowledge of Wyoming PI statutes, rules, and local procedures

  • Provide clear, consistent, and professional client communication

  • Collaborate with internal litigation support and case management teams

  • Maintain organized, deadline-driven case files with proactive follow-through

Required Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (JD)

  • Admission to the Wyoming State Bar in good standing

  • Minimum 2+ years actively litigating Personal Injury cases (clerkships/internships do not count)

  • Courtroom experience

  • Strong drafting, analytical, and case management skills

  • Ability to manage a high-volume PI caseload under deadlines

  • Proactive, ownership-driven mindset and sound professional judgment
