About the Role:

The Integration Director plays a pivotal role in leading and overseeing the seamless integration of systems, processes, and technologies across multiple business units within the organization. This position is responsible for ensuring that integration initiatives align with strategic business objectives, driving operational efficiency and enhancing overall organizational performance. The Integration Director will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business leadership, to design and implement integration strategies that support scalability and innovation. A key outcome of this role is to minimize disruption during integration projects while maximizing value realization from combined systems and workflows. Ultimately, the Integration Director ensures that all integration efforts contribute to a cohesive and agile enterprise environment that supports long-term growth and competitive advantage.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in systems integration, IT project management, or a related discipline.
