Le directeur ou la directrice, Integration et gestion de projets occupe un role cle de leadership et est responsable de mener des initiatives a fort impact et interfonctionnelles qui soutiennent la croissance continue et l'excellence operationnelle de Victoria Park. Ce role comprend la supervision du cycle complet d'integration des cliniques nouvellement acquises ainsi que la gestion de projets complexes, notamment l'ouverture de nouvelles cliniques, les deploiements strategiques, le lancement d'innovations et les programmes a grande echelle. Relevant du Vice-president charge du developpement de l'entreprise et de l'innovation clinique, ce role agit comme point central de coordination entre les differents services, assurant l'alignement, la responsabilisation et la reussite de l'execution, de la planification jusqu'au suivi apres la mise en uvre.


Principales responsabilites

  • Leadership en matiere d'integration : Diriger l'integration complete des cliniques acquises, de la verification diligente avant la cloture jusqu'a la periode suivant l'acquisition, afin d'assurer une transition harmonieuse avec un minimum de perturbations.
  • Gestion de projets : A l'aide d'outils et de strategies etablis, planifier, executer et assurer le suivi de divers projets strategiques et interfonctionnels, allant de l'ouverture de cliniques et de l'implantation de technologies a l'expansion des services et au deploiement de programmes de formation.
  • Coordination interfonctionnelle avec les principales parties prenantes : Collaborer etroitement avec les equipes des Operations, des TI, des Ressources humaines, du Marketing et des Finances afin d'harmoniser les objectifs, les jalons et les livrables des projets.
  • Gestion strategique : Creer et gerer des guides operationnels et des listes de verification d'integration standardises afin d'assurer l'uniformite et l'exhaustivite de toutes les activites liees aux acquisitions et aux projets.
  • Evaluation post-integration : Effectuer des bilans avec les principales parties prenantes afin d'evaluer l'efficacite des integrations et des projets, et de documenter les apprentissages en vue des projets futurs et de l'amelioration continue.
  • Amelioration des processus : Evaluer et ameliorer les methodologies, les outils et les pratiques de gestion de projets et d'integration afin d'accroitre l'efficacite, l'evolutivite et la reproductibilite. Elaborer et suivre des indicateurs cles de performance (KPI) mesurables qui favorisent l'atteinte des resultats et demontrent l'impact des initiatives.
  • Communication avec les parties prenantes : Agir comme principal point de contact et exercer une influence aupres des parties prenantes internes et externes pendant les phases de planification et d'execution des projets.


Qualifications

  • Baccalaureat requis; une certification PMP ou toute autre certification reconnue en gestion de projets constitue un atout important.
  • Plus de 7 ans d'experience en gestion de projets, en integration ou dans un role de leadership operationnel, preferablement dans le secteur de la sante ou des services professionnels.
  • Experience demontree dans la gestion de projets complexes et multidisciplinaires avec des equipes inter-fonctionnelles.
  • Grande agilite organisationnelle, capacite a gerer plusieurs projets simultanement et experience demontree dans le respect des echeanciers et la livraison en temps opportun.
  • Solide comprehension des differentes fonctions de l'entreprise, notamment les Operations, les TI, les Ressources humaines, le Marketing et les Finances.
  • Experience en integration dans le cadre de fusions et acquisitions fortement souhaitee.
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication, en organisation et en resolution de problemes, tant en francais qu'en anglais. La maitrise de l'anglais est requise afin de participer activement aux integrations a travers le Canada et de les diriger.

The Director of Integration & Project Management is a key leadership role responsible for driving high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that support Victoria Park's continued growth and operational excellence. This includes overseeing the full lifecycle of integration for newly acquired clinics as well as managing complex projects such as new clinic builds, strategic rollouts, innovation launches, and large-scale programs. Reporting to the Vice President of Corporate Development & Clinical Innovation, this role acts as a central hub for coordination across departments - ensuring alignment, accountability, and successful execution from planning through post-implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Integration Leadership:Lead the full integration of acquired clinics from pre-closing due diligence through post-close, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption.
  • Project Management:Using established tools and strategies plan, execute, and monitor a variety of strategic, cross-functional projects - ranging from clinic openings and technology implementations to service expansions and training rollouts.
  • Key Stakeholder Cross-Functional Coordination:Partner closely with Operations, IT, HR, Marketing, and Finance to align project goals, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Strategy Management:
    Creation and management of standardized playbooks and integration checklists to ensure consistency and completeness of all acquisition-and project related activities.
  • Post-Integration Review:
    Conduct debriefs with key stakeholders to assess integration and project effectiveness and capture learnings for future projects and continuous improvement
  • Process Improvement:Evaluate and refine project management and integration methodologies, tools, and practices to drive efficiency, scalability, and repeatability. Develop and track measurable KPI's that drive results and demonstrate impact
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    Serve as a primary point of contact and influence for internal and external stakeholders during project planning and execution phases.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; PMP or other recognized project management certification is a strong asset.
  • 7+ years of experience in project management, integration, or operations leadership - preferably in healthcare or professional services.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Organizational agility, ability to manage multiple projects and track record of timely deliverables.
  • Strong understanding of business functions including Operations, IT, HR, Marketing, and Finance.
  • Experience with M&A integration strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills in both French and English. English is required to actively participate in, and lead integrations across Canada.
