  • Relevant du Chef d'equipe -CelluleSupportIntegration,vous serez responsable du soutien client apres livraison pour les systemes propres a l'unite d'affaires (BU), en assurant une adoption operationnelle fluide tout en evitant les escalades inutiles vers les ingenieurs de conception.
  • La personne recherchee possede de solides aptitudes techniques et une forte orientation vers la satisfaction client. Vous devez faire preuve d'excellentes competences en resolution de problemes et d'une bonne connaissance du service a la clientele.Vous devez toutefois detenir un passeport valide et etre disponible pour voyager (au moins 25 % du temps).

Principales responsabilites :


  • Agir comme premier point de contact pour les problemes clients lies aux systemes livres par l'unite d'affairesintegration.
  • Fournir un soutien client direct pour l'exploitation du banc d'essai, la configuration du systeme, le depannage et les questions d'utilisation non couvertes par les canaux de soutien generiques.
  • Effectuer le triage des demandes entrantes en filtrant, qualifiant et en n'escaladant vers l'Ingenierie que les enjeux reellement lies a la conception.
  • Maintenir une comprehension approfondie des architectures systeme propres au programme, incluant les limitations connuesetles contraintes.
  • Recueillir les enjeux recurrents cote client et sur le terrain, et fournir une retroaction structuree et exploitable aux equipes d'Ingenierie.
  • Soutenir des activites structurees de transfert de propriete lors de la cloture de livraison afin d'assurer la continuite entre les equipes de livraison, de soutien et d'operations.


Exigences :


  • Formation : Baccalaureat en genie electrique ou l'equivalent.
  • 3 a 5 annees d'experience pertinente.
  • Solide comprehension au niveau systeme; un profil en ingenierie est privilegie.
  • A l'aise d'evoluer dans des contextes orientes client, avec un haut degre d'ambiguite.
  • Grande credibilite et efficacite dans la collaboration avec les equipes de conception et d'ingenierie.
  • Demontre une forte orientation vers la documentation, la capitalisation des connaissances et la reconnaissance de patrons (patterns).

Reporting to theTeam Lead-IntegrationSupport Cell,you willown post-delivery customer support for BU-specific systems, ensuring smooth operational adoption while preventing unnecessary escalation to design engineers.

Keysresponsibilities:


  • Act as the firstline owner for customer issues related to deliveredintegrationsystems.
  • Provide direct customer support for bench operation, system configuration, troubleshooting, and usage questions not covered by generic support channels.
  • Triage incoming customer issues by filtering, qualifying, and escalating only genuine designrelated issues to Engineering.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of programspecific system architectures, including known limitations, constraints, and approved workarounds.
  • Capture recurring customer and field issuesand provide structured, actionable feedback to Engineering teams.
  • Support structured ownership transfer activities during delivery closeout to ensure continuity between delivery, support, and operational teams.

Requirements:


  • Education:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineeringor equivalent.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong systemslevel understanding; an engineering background is preferred
  • Comfortable operating in customerfacing contexts with a high degree of ambiguity
  • High credibility and effectiveness when working with design and engineering teams
  • Demonstrates a strong bias toward documentation, knowledge capture, and pattern recognition
  • Language skills: French is mandatory; knowledge of English is required to communicate with our international clients.
