Client Intake and Sales Specialist

Apply now for the opportunity to join a growing law firm in Cumming, Georgia as a Client Intake and Sales Specialist on a Direct Hire basis. This role involves managing the intake process, conducting consultative sales conversations, and providing exceptional client experience.

Client Intake and Sales Specialist Role

The Client Intake & Sales Specialist is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of prospective clientsfrom initial inquiry through onboarding and post-engagement follow-up. This role combines client intake, consultative sales, and relationship management to deliver a seamless and high-quality client experience. You will serve as the first point of contact for potential new clients, guiding them through the intake process, qualifying their needs, and helping them engage the firm's legal services.

  • Own and manage all incoming leads from initial contact through engagement
  • Qualify prospective clients and assess fit for firm services
  • Conduct consultative sales conversations to convert leads into clients
  • Clearly explain service options, scope, and next steps
  • Generate engagement agreements and assist with payment processing, including financing options when needed
  • Onboarding & Case Setup
  • Accurately document client information and interactions in firm systems
  • Complete intake workflows and open new matters in the Case Management System
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely case initiation
  • Ensure proper service alignment to minimize firm risk and liability
  • Client Experience & Follow-Up
  • Follow up with new clients
  • Re-engage prospective clients who did not initially move forward
  • Maintain relationships with past clients
