About the Role
The Business Development Manager is accountable for end-to-end conversion performance, coaching effectiveness, and operational execution for an intake team operating in virtual and/or in-office modalities. This role leads and develops Intake Leads and Specialists, builds a disciplined coaching culture, and ensures consistent performance, compliance, and client experience standards. The Business Development Manager drives results through data-informed decision-making, hands-on coaching, and strong accountability systems while serving as a cultural and operational anchor for the team.
Lead our intake revenue engine. You will own conversion performance, coaching effectiveness, and daily execution for an intake team. Success looks like measurable performance gains with smooth operations, fewer escalations, consistent client experience, and predictable results leadership can rely on.
In addition to the hourly rate, this position is eligible for performance-based incentive compensation.
Your Key Contributions
  • Lead and develop Intake Specialists with clear expectations, coaching cadence, and performance standards
  • Use dashboards, CRM data, and call recordings to diagnose conversion gaps and drive corrective action quickly
  • Run structured 1:1s, manage recognition and performance plans, and participate in hiring decisions
  • Step into consultations for coverage when required, modeling the expected selling framework and standards
  • Ensure compliance with firm policies, CRM documentation standards, and QA protocols
  • Conversion and retained-client outcomes across your span of control
  • Coaching quality and accountability for Intake Specialists
  • Consult quality, CRM discipline, QA adherence, and client escalations

Conversion and retained-client outcomes, show rate and speed to consult, QA trends, CRM compliance, escalation volume and resolution time, ramp speed
What Makes You a Great Fit
  • 3 to 5 years consultative sales with proven conversion results
  • 2 to 4 years leading a team
  • Bilingual Spanish and English required at B2 to C1 level
  • Immigration, legal services, financial services, or consultative professional services experience preferred

Work Schedule
  • Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Local time.
