We’re a busy, second-generation local insurance agency with offices in both Hudson and Fairlawn and we’re looking for a professional, motivated Customer Service Representative who brings positivity, polish, and genuine care to every customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls — provide friendly, knowledgeable support

• Welcome customers — create a warm, professional in office experience

• Take payments and handle billing inquiries — handle transactions accurately and efficiently

• Process policy changes — assist customers with everyday insurance needs

• Sell expanded market insurance policies – classic car, vacant home, commercial, etc.

• Identify cross-sell and referral opportunities for the team

• Collect signatures documentation — follow up with customers to complete required items

• Support agency operations — jump in where needed to help the team succeed


Requirements

• Active Property Casualty license preferred (must obtain within 30 days of hire; licensing assistance available)

• Multi-tasking ability in a busy office
