Job description

White and Williams, a multi-practice law firm and industry leader in the insurance coverage space, is seeking an attorney to join its Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith Practice Group supporting its Morristown, New Jersey, and New York, New York offices.

The position offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative team, representing national and international insurance clients across a broad range of complex coverage areas, including but not limited to general liability, cyber liability, professional liability, environmental, construction defect, personal and advertising injury, product recall and excess liability matters.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a team that affords a high level of responsibility in an exciting, well-established but growing practice. The successful candidate will be entrusted with a diverse and challenging caseload, taking on significant responsibilities from the start. This position also offers a hybrid work schedule.

Requirements:

โ€ข Admitted to the Bar in good standing in New York and/or New Jersey

โ€ข Candidates will have litigation experience in both state and federal courts.

โ€ข A minimum of 2 years representing clients in insurance coverage matters.

โ€ข Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
