Description

Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, a leading national law firm, is seeking a Massachusetts-licensed litigation attorney with 2-4 years of experience to join its Boston, MA office.

This position offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative, dynamic team, defending national consumer financial services clients across a broad range of complex litigation matters in state and federal courts.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone interested in career growth. Our firm is dedicated to your professional development, providing comprehensive training, mentorship, and support to help you succeed and advance within the firm. You will be entrusted with a diverse and challenging caseload, taking on significant responsibilities from the start.

Position Requirements:

  • Must be admitted to the Massachusetts Bar and in good standing. An additional admission to the Rhode Island, New Hampshire or Connecticut Bar is strongly preferred.
  • Available for some in-person workdays at the Boston, MA office to foster collaboration and team engagement.
  • Ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of civil litigation experience in both state and federal courts and experience in mortgage litigation defense matters.
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills are required.
