We are seeking an Attorney Associate to become a part of our team! You will represent clients in Real Estate related transactions and advise clients on legal transactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct residential real estate closings at borrowers' home and other public locations
  • Prepare and draft commercial and residential title examinations
  • Comply with all legal standards and regulations
  • Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
