As an Agency Owner with Farmers Insurance, you will be the driving force behind your own thriving insurance agency. This entrepreneurial role offers the unique opportunity to own and operate a successful business under the Farmers Insurance brand, with the full support and resources of a nationally recognized and trusted company. You will manage a team, build client relationships, and drive sales growth while developing your business in a local market. If you are a motivated, goal-driven leader with a passion for sales, customer service, and team development, this is the ideal opportunity for you.

As an Agency Owner, you’ll have the autonomy to run your business, attract new clients, and ensure the growth and profitability of your agency. You’ll receive ongoing training, marketing support, and access to industry-leading technology and tools to help you succeed. With the flexibility to build your business as you see fit, your potential earnings are unlimited.

Agency Ownership Preparation: Successfully complete a course designed to refresh and deepen knowledge of Farmers Insurance products, services, and business operations.

Operational Support: Work directly with a District Manager and Agency Business Consultant to understand the operational, financial, and managerial aspects of running a successful Farmers Insurance agency.

Business Development: Build and maintain relationships with clients, focusing on offering customized insurance solutions. Promote Farmers Insurance products to potential customers, contributing to sales growth and market expansion.
