Property and Casualty Insurance Sales Agent Manager

Miami, FL (Doral) | On-Site | Full-Time
Salary: – $80K- $100K + Quarterly and Annual Bonus ( est $160K+ per year in Comp)
Benefits: $500/mo Health Credit | 10 days PTO | 5 Personal Days | Federal Holidays paid
*** Must be already living in the Miami/ Ft Lauderdale area w/220 Insurance License ***

Out client is seeking a P&C Sales Manager to support the companies Property & Casualty line of business. This is a foundational role where you will build the operational framework, create agent support resources, and serve as our internal subject-matter expert. You will directly drive production growth, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide high-level technical support to our agents as the department matures.
Requirements
  • License: Active 220 Insurance License (Required).
  • Experience: 4+ years in P&C insurance (supervising other sales agents . CRM Training experience a plus
  • Experience from Personal Lines required, commercial lines a huge plus
  • Bilingual: Fluency in English & Spanish is a must.
