Job description

We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial-minded individual to become a Farmers Insurance Sales Agent in the North Austin area. As a Sales Agent, you will have the opportunity to grow your book of business, while being supported by one of the most recognized and respected brands in the insurance industry.


Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a business plan to grow your agency and meet sales goals
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and prospects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and community members
- Market and promote Farmers Insurance products and services to potential clients
- Recruit and train staff as needed to support agency growth

-Manage agency operations, including financial management, marketing and sales, and customer service

- Collaborate with other Farmers Insurance agents and leaders to share best practices and drive overall success in your agency


Requirements:
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for sales and customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and community members
