About the Role
Judy Duran State Farm is looking for a full-time, Licensed Insurance Agent to grow our book of business and take great care of our customers. You'll be the front line for new and existing customers, helping them understand their options and find the right coverage across auto, home, life, and health.

What You'll Do
  • Generate new insurance applications (target: 40+ per month) through proactive prospecting and outreach
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and offer tailored solutions across Property & Casualty and Life & Health lines
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all customer interactions and sales activity
  • Stay current on State Farm products, industry regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with teammates and agency leadership to support overall business goals
  • Serve English- and Spanish-speaking customers with equal ease
What We're Looking For
  • Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses (or ability to obtain quickly)
  • Bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills; comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold calling
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational abilities
  • Customer-focused approach when working with clients, teammates, and agency leadership
  • Consistently meets or exceeds monthly sales goals
  • Punctual and reliable; available for occasional evenings and Saturdays
