Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of our Waldorf office, ensuring a welcoming and productive environment for all staff.

Recruit, train, and support a talented group of insurance producers to help them reach their full potential.

Develop and implement sales strategies that align with our long-term vision and commitment to the local community.

Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and adjust our outreach efforts accordingly.

Foster a culture of collaboration where every team member feels supported and encouraged to grow.

Maintain strong relationships with carriers and clients alike, serving as a primary point of contact for complex inquiries.

Requirements

Active Maryland Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.

Three or more years of experience managing high-performing sales teams within the insurance sector.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding growth targets and revenue goals.

Deep understanding of the local Maryland insurance market landscape.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide individual sales producers.

Experience with agency management systems and data-driven performance tracking.
