ResponsibilitiesOversee the daily operations and overall productivity of our Laurel agency office.
Recruit, train, and support a team of sales agents to help them reach their professional potential.
Monitor performance metrics and refine strategies to ensure our goals are met with integrity.
Act as a primary point of contact for complex client inquiries and escalated service matters.
Foster a supportive and encouraging office culture where people feel heard and valued.
Represent The Atlantic District at local community events and build lasting partnerships with nearby businesses.
RequirementsValid Property and Casualty insurance license.
Three or more years of experience in insurance sales or agency leadership.
Deep understanding of insurance underwriting guidelines and local market trends.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide a sales team toward consistent growth.
Strong organizational skills for managing day-to-day agency operations.
Passion for community engagement and networking within the Laurel area.
