Forklift Operator

Pay Rate: $17/hr Hours: Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM (4 openings) Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM (4 openings)

Job Summary:

  • Prepare metal inserts by sandblasting, taping and applying adhesive.
  • Trim finished rubber parts.
  • Operate extruders and other machines as they relate to the preparation of raw material.
  • Maintenance of equipment and raw materials requirements as established on the Production Order.
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow written work instructions and drawing
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing/shop-floor environment

Preferred / Nice-to-Have:

  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or shop environment
  • Exposure to rubber molding, machine operation, or production equipment
  • Experience using hand tools (knives, grinders)
  • Familiarity with production or shop-floor processes

Education:

  • Minimum: High school diploma or GED
