The Role

We're looking for a Mail Insert Operator to join our Production team. You'll learn how to operate high-speed mailing equipment, prepare customer mailings, and perform quality checks to make sure projects are completed accurately and on time.


New to the industry? That's okay. We're happy to train someone who is dependable, ready to learn, and takes pride in doing quality work.


What You'll Do

  • Set up and operate high-speed Bell and Howell and Pitney Bowes inserting equipment
  • Prepare customer mail projects for insertion and fulfillment
  • Follow job instructions to ensure correct materials, counts, and setup
  • Perform quality checks throughout production
  • Sort, tray, and prepare completed mail according to USPS requirements
  • Monitor equipment and assist with basic troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Complete required production and quality documentation
  • Assist with other production activities and cross-training as needed

  • Ability to follow detailed instructions
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
