The Opportunity

We are seeking a results-driven Sr. Manager, Indirect Partner Channel to lead and optimize the performance of our indirect partner ecosystem.

In this highly visible leadership role, you will own partner performance end-to-end, including vendor management, analytics, reporting, sales accountability, and channel optimization. Success in this role is defined by your ability to hold partners accountable to performance expectations, deliver measurable revenue outcomes, and provide transparent, data-driven insights that support business decision-making and optimize channel performance.

What You'll Do

Partner & Vendor Management

You will lead the management and optimization of relationships across our indirect sales ecosystem.

Responsibilities include:

  • Owning relationships with:

    • Affiliates

    • Indirect partners

    • Resellers

    • Marketplace vendors

  • Leading partner onboarding, including:

    • Contracts

    • Compliance

    • Training

    • Enablement

  • Serving as the primary escalation point for partner performance and operational issues

  • Establishing and maintaining:

    • Partner playbooks

    • Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

    • Performance scorecards

  • Conducting regular business reviews to drive partner alignment, accountability, and growth

Performance & Revenue Accountability

You will be responsible for ensuring partner performance aligns with revenue goals and operational expectations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Setting and enforcing partner sales quotas and performance expectations

  • Holding partners accountable to:

    • Sales performance

    • Quality standards

    • Conversion metrics

    • Customer experience KPIs

Minimum Required Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)

  • Proven track record of driving revenue through third-party partners while holding partners accountable to performance expectations

  • Experience leading teams and cross-functional initiatives

  • Telecom, broadband, or subscription-based industry experience preferred
