About the position:
The National Channel Sales Director will come on board with the full support of the executive team and local sales reps. This is an amazing opportunity for the sales professional who has a history of completely dominating their territory and who wants to make an impact on building the next iconic cloud security company.
This position will serve as the National Channel Sales Director for SHI and Presidio for Netskope. The National Channel Sales Director is a strategic contributor to sales/marketing programs and the liaison within the re-seller base for Netskope. Responsible for meeting assigned the quota for the region.
Responsibilities include:
  • Exceed territory quota
  • Manage all aspects of the VAR relationship with Presidio and SHI
  • Business planning, product and sales training, marketing events, demand generation
  • Work closely with Regional Sales Managers and Sale leadership to grow revenue in each territory by focusing on National re- sellers
  • Develop and Implement regional business plan with input from Regional Sales Managers
  • Recruit new partners in regions that are under-leveraged that can maximize the revenue potential for Netskope solutions
  • Work closely with Strategic National VARs on a field level.
  • Create tools and assist in the development of internal processes to enhance our current channel program
  • Coordinate channel enablement activities, SE training and inside sales organizations
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of key competitors and demonstrate the ability to articulate Netskope' advantageous position to end users and partners
  • Manage Deal Registration, Non-Standard Pricing, Spiff Payments, and Sales process
Job Requirements:
  • 5 + years of experience working with resellers as a CAM or Account Manager
  • Hunter mentality - ability to get in front of partner executives and show the value of Netskope to their business
  • Executive Level relationships with key partners in the region
  • Has worked with Strategic Partners - Presidio & SHI
  • Understands the reseller business model and how Netskope fits into that model
  • Team Player - able to work well with all functional groups within Netskope
  • Track record of success and over-achievement in previous positions
  • Expert in Salesforce.com
  • 60%+ Travel is required
Education:
  • Bachelor Degree preferred

Compensation:
At Netskope, salary is one component of our competitive total rewards package. The salary range for this position is as listed below. This is a national range. For purposes of complying with applicable laws, the range applies to candidates in California, Colorado, Illinois, Maryland, New York, Washington, and other states.
The successful candidate's starting pay will also be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, location, and market conditions.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the On Target Earnings (OTE) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target commission amount at 100% goal achievement.
In addition to salary, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus plan (for non-sales roles) and a stock award program. Candidates may also be eligible for a comprehensive health plan and other benefits that can be reviewed at Netskope Benefits site.
Salary Range
$209,000-$330,500 USD
