Weโ€™re looking for a friendly, motivated Customer Service Representative to join our growing team! In this role, youโ€™ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to ensure they receive exceptional service and timely solutions while supporting daily office operations. Currently hiring for a full-time or part-time Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher position.

What Youโ€™ll Do:

Answer inbound customer calls professionally and courteously

Follow company call scripts and procedures to gather customer information and schedule service appointments accurately

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels

Schedule and coordinate appointments while ensuring all customer information is entered correctly

Dispatch technicians to service calls and adjust schedules throughout the day to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction

Perform estimate follow-up calls and communications to help customers move forward with recommended services

Prepare, mail, and distribute invoices, estimates, and other customer documents

Scan, upload, and organize paperwork and digital records to maintain accurate files and documentation

Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner

Maintain detailed and accurate customer records within company software systems

Stay up to date on company services, procedures, and product knowledge to provide the best customer support possible

Assist with general office and administrative tasks as needed
