This is an in-office (not remote) position in our Westlake Village, CA facility. The schedule is Mon-Fri (no nights, and no weekends).

We are a growing pet nutrition company looking for a full-time Outbound Customer Service Representative to join our Direct-to-Consumer team.
We provide training so whether you are experienced or new to the workforce, you can succeed with us! Our ideal candidate is looking for a long-term stable position, is technically savvy, loves animals, and has an interest in health and wellness or nutrition.
In this role, you will make outbound calls to existing customers, ABSOLUTELY NO COLD CALLING. Your primary focus will be calling to get updated information for existing customers to ensure they continue ordering with us.
There will also be potential to learn to upsell, and cross-sell from our product portfolio, with a potential career path to Customer Service Representative and/or Account Executive.
Duties/Responsibilities

  • Communicate via outbound phone calls, as well as email.
  • Follow approved scripts on outbound calls to ensure proper expectations have been set and all compliance needs have been met.
  • Use provided rebuttals to overcome objections.
  • Address customer questions and concerns regarding their order while also managing account information.
Required Skills/Abilities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and confident phone manner.
  • Ability to quickly learn about our products and services and efficiently communicate their features and benefits to customers.
  • Computer literate and willingness to learn.
  • Bilingual a plus.
Salary: $16.90 per hour plus bonus.
Monday-Friday in office position. Full Time preferred.
