To help excel the company’s growth, we’re seeking an eager and passionate individual to join their team as an Import Coordinator supporting their Import Team’s operational tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your professional growth in international and domestic logistics.

[Job Description]

Prepare, control, and distribute all required air and ocean import documentation in a timely fashion to appropriate parties (i.e. delivery orders, arrival notice, etc.)

Ensure system information match with actual documentation

Communicate with air and ocean carriers, origin and destination locations regarding shipment status, special handling, and delivery of freight

Mediate delivery requirements and shipment tracking between customers, truckers, brokers, warehouses, and vendors to ensure proper delivery

Ensure accuracy and completeness of import documentation

Act as an operational liaison with customer to provide excellent, professional customer service

Coordinate truck deliveries with dispatch team

Handle order fulfillment operations, billing, and customer service functions in a timely manner

Requirements

Associates Degree (minimum); Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)

1+ years of experience in handling customer service (preferred)

1+ years in freight forwarding, logistics, and/or supply chain (preferred)

Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

Speaks Korean (mandatory)

Must be authorized to work in U.S.
