Your daily tasks may include coordinating with freight forwarders, verifying shipping documents, and entering data into internal systems. You’ll frequently collaborate with the logistics team, customs brokers, and purchasing or sales departments to resolve issues and keep shipments on schedule. This role offers a hands-on introduction to international trade processes and can help you build valuable cross-departmental communication skills.
