Requirements

  • Experience in automotive retail, dealership operations, software implementation, training, consulting, customer success, or business transformation
  • Knowledge of either Variable Operations (Sales, F&I, CRM) or Fixed Operations (Service, Parts, Aftersales)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Comfortable delivering training both remotely and on-site
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating with wider teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • A genuine interest in technology, innovation, and helping customers succeed
  • Eligibility to work in the United States or Canada
