About the Role 
We're looking for a Customer Implementation Trainer to join our Customer Implementation team. Reporting to the Team Lead, Implementation Training, you'llbethe subject matter expert onMealSuite'ssoftware, delivering top-notch training for our customers and partners to ensure usability and account setups through exceptional customer service. 

What You'll Do 

  • Be the training& configurationexpert-create, deliver, monitor, and update user training plansbased on customer needs,oversee training for customer-guided and live accounts,andown/assist with setups and configuration of Connect, Touch and POS modules as needed. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally- work closelywith Implementation Coordinatorsand Enterprise Implementation Managersfor project training needs and with Sales andSupport to transition customer accounts after implementation is complete. 
  • Communicate with stakeholders- clearlycommunicateaccountconfigurationrequirements and expectations and ensure customers receive superior service through the development and strengthening of relationships. 
  • Assistwith troubleshooting-work with new and existing customers to troubleshoot workflow issues and guide them to adopt system best practices. 
  • Champion our product-educate customers onMealSuite'stoolkit, capabilities, and best practices to simplify adoption and alignexpectations, andleveragefeedback for continuous improvement to theimplementationprocess. 

What You Bring 

  • In-depthknowledge ofMealSuiteproducts 
  • Experiencedelivering training, ideally witha highly complexproduct or subject matter 
  • 1+years ofhands-on experience in customer implementations and training within a SaaSenvironment 
  • Exceptional professional relationship building andmaintenance through active and empathetic listening, as well as engaging written and verbal communication. 
  • A genuine excitement aboutengaging with people anddemonstratinghow to usehighly complexsoftware in a simple and thorough manner 
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment 
  • Willingness to travel occasionally; valid passport with no travel restrictions (Canada/USA; Vietnam if required) 

Compensation: $64,400-$77,300 CAD per year / $62,800-$75,300 USD per year 

This role requires working onsite in our Cambridge OR Dallas office two days per week. If you're more than an hour away, apply anyway we're open to discussing options.
