Overview

About Grizzly MEP

Grizzly MEP is a growing family of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC operating companies. We are building a unified operational platform that gives each company the systems, resources, and support needed to grow while preserving the culture and strengths that made it successful.

As we deploy ServiceTitan across our operating companies, we are looking for an experienced ServiceTitan professional who can help lead implementation, support our teams, improve processes, and ensure we are getting the full value from the platform.

This is an opportunity to play an important role in an exciting, growing organization and directly influence how ServiceTitan is used across multiple companies.

Position Summary

MUST HAVE SERVICE TITAM EXPERIENCE

The ServiceTitan Implementation & Operations Specialist will serve as Grizzly MEP’s internal ServiceTitan expert. This individual will work closely with operational leaders, finance, purchasing, project management, and other key users across our operating companies.

The right candidate will have hands-on ServiceTitan experience and understand how the platform supports the day-to-day operations of HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, or other skilled-trade businesses.

This is not simply a technical support role. We are looking for someone who understands operations, can work directly with users, identify better ways of doing things, and help establish consistent, scalable processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and deployment of ServiceTitan across Grizzly MEP’s operating companies.
  • Serve as the primary internal ServiceTitan subject-matter expert.
  • Partner with operational leaders to understand business needs and translate them into effective ServiceTitan workflows.
  • Configure, maintain, and optimize ServiceTitan modules, settings, permissions, workflows, and reporting.
  • Support purchasing and procurement processes, including purchase orders, receipts, and bill reconciliation.
  • Assist with pricebook development, maintenance, standardization, and catalog integration.
  • Support inventory-management processes and help establish consistent inventory controls.
  • Configure and support ServiceTitan Phones, Communication Hub, and related communication tools.
  • Support job costing, operational reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
  • Assist with projects, project workflows, and applications for payment.
  • Train employees, managers, and leadership teams on how to effectively use ServiceTitan.
  • Develop user guides, standard operating procedures, training materials, and implementation documentation.
  • Troubleshoot user issues and coordinate with ServiceTitan support or third-party integration partners when necessary.
  • Monitor platform usage, data accuracy, and user adoption across the operating companies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, reporting, and the overall user experience.
  • Support onboarding and integration of future operating companies into the Grizzly MEP ServiceTitan environment.
  • Travel to operating-company locations when needed to support implementation, training, and process improvement.

ServiceTitan Areas of Focus

The ideal candidate will have experience with several of the following:

  • Purchasing
  • Full procurement integration and procure-to-pay processes
  • Purchase orders, receipts, and bills
  • Pricebook management
  • Pricebook catalog integration
  • Inventory management
  • ServiceTitan Phones
  • Communication Hub
  • Job costing and analytics
  • Projects
  • Applications for payment
  • Reporting and dashboards
  • User permissions and system configuration
  • Workflow development and optimization
  • Multi-location or multi-company environments

Qualifications

  • Direct, hands-on experience using, administering, implementing, or consulting on ServiceTitan.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceTitan configuration, workflows, reporting, and user management.
  • Experience supporting HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, construction, or other skilled-trade operations.
  • Working knowledge of purchasing, inventory, job costing, project management, and operational reporting.
  • Experience implementing ServiceTitan across multiple locations or business units is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to train users with different levels of technical experience.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with operational and corporate leadership.
  • Comfortable managing multiple implementations, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel to Grizzly MEP operating-company locations as needed.

What We Offer

  • Highly competitive compensation based on experience.
  • Comprehensive health and welfare benefits.
  • 401(k) plan with company contribution.
  • Paid time off and company holidays.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
  • The chance to help shape a major technology deployment across a growing organization.
  • A collaborative, entrepreneurial, and people-focused culture.
  • A highly visible role with the opportunity to make a meaningful operational impact.

Why Join Grizzly MEP?

This is more than an opportunity to administer a software platform. You will help build the operational foundation that supports the continued growth of Grizzly MEP and its operating companies.
