Reports To: Revenue Operations / Growth Operations Leadership
Position Overview
  • CoSourcing Partners is seeking a highly experienced Senior HubSpot Administrator to own, scale, and architect our HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Operations Hub environment.
  • This role is responsible not only for CRM administration but for building and scaling our Marketing Cloud and outbound/inbound lead generation engine transforming HubSpot into a high-velocity, automated marketing and sales demand platform.
  • This is a strategic, hands-on platform leadership role responsible for generating pipeline, accelerating deal velocity, and enabling predictable revenue growth.
Core Responsibilities
HubSpot Platform Architecture & Automation
  • Serve as system owner for CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Operations Hub
  • Architect automation across lifecycle stages, routing, scoring, SLAs, pipelines, and attribution
  • Design custom objects and normalized data models to support multi-line business operations
  • Build API and workflow-based automation across marketing, recruiting, and sales
Marketing Cloud & Lead Generation Engine
  • Architect HubSpot Marketing Cloud to serve as CSP's primary lead generation, nurture, and conversion engine
  • Build and optimize inbound and outbound automation flows for:
  • Email campaigns
  • LinkedIn and ABM outreach
  • Multi-touch nurture journeys
  • Event and webinar funnels
  • Implement segmentation, behavioral scoring, and attribution logic
  • Create conversion pipelines from lead → MQL → SQL → deal → hire
  • Optimize campaign ROI, CAC, and velocity metrics
Revenue Operations Enablement
Build executive dashboards for:
  • Pipeline health
  • Forecasting
  • Deal velocity
  • Conversion analytics
  • Implement attribution models, renewal tracking, and account expansion analytics
Data Governance & System Integrity
  • Own data hygiene, deduplication, normalization, security, and compliance standards
  • Manage permissions, audit logs, and documentation
System Integration & Scaling
  • Own HubSpot integrations with ATS, automation tools, document platforms
  • Manage API, workflows
  • Support BI and data warehouse integration
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of senior-level HubSpot administration and architecture experience
  • Expert proficiency in HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Operations Hub
  • Proven experience building marketing automation and lead generation engines
  • Strong RevOps, attribution, and pipeline analytics background
  • API and integration automation experience
  • B2B services, staffing, consulting, or healthcare/financial services domain experience
  • HubSpot Certifications
