Job Summary (List Format):
- 8+ years of experience designing, delivering, and supporting enterprise web platforms and digital experiences
- 5+ years in technical leadership roles such as Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or Lead Developer
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CMS Hub and the broader HubSpot platform, or similar enterprise CMS/digital experience platforms
- Skilled in defining architecture and migration strategies for CMS web platforms or digital modernization projects
- Proven ability to evaluate business capabilities for implementation within CMS platforms, integrations, or as standalone applications
- Strong experience in designing integration architectures using APIs and enterprise applications
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, REST APIs, and modern web application architectures
- Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities, able to convey technical concepts to varied audiences
- Proven relationship-building and influencing skills across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Ability to manage competing priorities and navigate complex organizational and technical environments
- Deep understanding of lead journey in HubSpot, troubleshooting workflows, and optimizing HubSpot platform features
