Your success will be defined by your ability to:

Your strengths include:
  • Deep hands-on HubSpot administration experience across both Sales Hub Enterprise and Marketing Hub Enterprise
  • Proven track record leading end-to-end CRM cleanups, migrations, and system restructures of comparable scale
  • Strong data modeling judgment, including expertise in custom objects, property rationalization, and association structures
  • Experience building forecasting models and executive dashboards for mixed-revenue business models
  • Practical approach to de-duplication, data preservation, and user compliance/adoption
  • Industry exposure in B2B hardware, industrial IoT, energy services, or SaaS-plus-hardware environments is considered a strong asset
