Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy HubSpot Specialist with strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

You will be responsible for managing and optimizing Xgrid's & clients' HubSpot CRM, supporting campaign automation, and ensuring smooth data flow across marketing and sales. You'll also play a key role in maintaining data hygiene, building reports, and assisting with HubSpot-related tasks.

This role requires a strong understanding of inbound marketing principles, technical proficiency within HubSpot tools, and the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

You will work closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure all campaigns, workflows, and CRM processes align with business objectives and customer expectations.


Responsibilities:

  • CRM Management & Maintenance:

    • Own day-to-day operations of the HubSpot CRM, including database management, list segmentation, and property updates.

    • Maintain data hygiene by deduplicating contacts, managing workflows, and ensuring accuracy across records.

    • Support marketing and sales teams in campaign setup and tracking within HubSpot.

    • Building and managing dashboards, layouts, reports, process automation, and other configurable parts of the interface for end-users, and other capabilities including: Flows and Process, Workflow Rules & Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Custom Objects Configuration, Security Controls, Third-party integrations.

  • Automation & Campaign Support:

    • Set up marketing campaigns and manage workflows, email sequences, and lead scoring systems.

    • Assist in building landing pages, forms, and CTAs using HubSpot tools.

    • Monitor and troubleshoot issues in campaign execution, ensuring smooth automation processes.

    • Support A/B testing for email subject lines, workflows, and landing pages.

  • Reporting & Optimization:

    • Design and maintain custom reports and dashboards to deliver actionable business insights. Support end-users in generating and interpreting data for informed decision-making.

    • Analyze campaign data and suggest improvements based on performance insights.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Customer Support:

    • Serve as a point-of-contact for internal teams seeking support with HubSpot tools or troubleshooting.

    • Provide assistance to client-facing teams by setting up sequences, templates, and CRM training.

    • Support onboarding and enablement initiatives by managing customer data and workflows effectively.


Required Experience & Skills:

  • 1+ year of experience working with HubSpot CRM (Marketing, Sales, or Service Hub), preferably enterprise packages

  • Strong understanding of CRM workflows, email marketing, and automation best practices.

  • Basic knowledge of lead scoring, segmentation, and data management.

  • Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into HubSpot solutions.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Comfortable managing tasks across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Zapier, and project management tools (Asana, Trello).
