Job description

HubSpot CRM & Revenue Operations Manager (Santa Barbara, CA Hybrid or Remote West Coast)
Department: Marketing
Employment Type: Full Time
Location: Santa Barbara
Compensation: $85,000 - $95,000 / year
Description
HubSpot CRM & Revenue Operations Specialist - Santa Barbara, CA (on-site)
Silver Air is a rapidly growing Part 135 private aviation company built on one belief: technology is a competitive advantage, not overhead. We operate two brands - Silver Air, one of the country's most respected aircraft management and charter operators, and Flight Club, our retail membership program - with offices in Santa Barbara, Los Angeles, Dallas, New York, and Miami. We're Great Place to Work Certified, we're investing seriously in people, AI, and operational systems - and HubSpot is next.
Here's where we are: HubSpot runs marketing today. It's underused everywhere else. Sales lives in inboxes and spreadsheets. Flight Club renewals, owner prospecting, and charter pipelines all deserve better infrastructure than they have. That's not a problem - it's an opportunity, and it's yours.
You're going to turn HubSpot into the operating system for our entire commercial organization: Sales, Marketing, Flight Club, Charter, and Aircraft Management, all running through one clean, automated, intelligent CRM. You'll design the architecture, build the automations, connect the systems, and put real numbers in front of leadership - not vanity metrics, but the pipeline, conversion, and attribution data that actually drives decisions.
You'll work directly with our executive team and across every commercial function in the company. When you see something broken, you'll have the authority to fix it and the audience to explain why it mattered. And because we're serious about AI as a working tool - not a buzzword - you'll help bring ChatGPT, Claude, and HubSpot AI into daily workflows across the organization.
This isn't a ticket-taker role. You won't maintain someone else's system - you'll build ours, from architecture to adoption. If you're the kind of person who finds the thing nobody asked you to fix and fixes it before anyone notices it was broken, keep reading.
Key Responsibilities
What You'll Own
  • HubSpot Administration Full CRM ownership - properties, objects, pipelines, lifecycle stages, permissions, lead routing, automation, sequences, deal stages, dashboards, reporting, forecasting, data quality, and governance.
  • Sales Operations Support Private Jet Advisors and Charter Sales with a sales process that actually works - pipeline management, lead assignment, activity tracking, opportunity management, automation, and enablement.
  • Marketing Operations Landing pages, forms, email and drip campaigns, segmentation, lead scoring, customer journeys, A/B testing, and campaign reporting - built to convert, not just to exist.
  • AI Enablement: Bring ChatGPT, Claude, and HubSpot AI into daily workflows - prompt development, content automation, sales enablement tools, and internal efficiency projects.
  • Integrations & Systems Connect HubSpot to Microsoft 365, Moove Aviation, our website, scheduling tools, and future platforms. Spot the next integration before it's requested.
  • Reporting & Analytics Executive dashboards, marketing ROI, sales funnel and conversion reporting, lead attribution, forecast reporting, and the KPIs leadership actually looks at.
  • Flight Club, Aircraft Management & Charter Member lifecycle and renewal campaigns, owner prospecting support, referral campaigns, luxury client communication, and pipeline visibility across every commercial line of business.

Who You Are
  • A builder, not a maintainer - you get more energy from designing a system than babysitting one
  • Curious enough to go looking for the next bottleneck
  • Comfortable sitting across from leadership and saying "here's what I'd fix"
  • Someone who thinks like a consultant, not a ticket queue
  • Excited by AI and automation as tools to simplify, not complicate

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required Qualifications
  • HubSpot Administration - hands-on ownership of a live CRM instance
  • HubSpot Certifications a must - need to get going on day one
  • CRM Implementation - you've built or rebuilt a CRM from the ground up, not just configured one
  • Marketing Automation - campaigns, nurture flows, and lifecycle automation
  • Sales Operations - pipeline design, lead routing, sales process optimization
  • Revenue Operations - connecting sales and marketing data into one coherent system

Preferred Experience
  • Workflow automation and email marketing
  • Dashboard and reporting design
  • API integrations
  • B2B sales organizations, luxury brands, or hospitality (a plus, not a requirement)
  • Private aviation experience (a plus, not a requirement)

Benefits
What You Earn
  • Base salary
  • 5% matching 401(k) / Roth
  • Cell phone allowance

What You're Covered By
  • Fully paid health insurance - for you and your entire family
  • Mental health support
  • Travel insurance + pet insurance
  • Wellness programs and work-life balance initiatives
  • Generous personal development and employee assistance programs

Who You're Joining
A Team of people who chose Silver Air because the platform is real, the culture is earned, and the opportunity compounds. We're Great Place to Work Certified because we actually work at it.
We also invest in your success the way most companies don't. Client entertainment, club memberships, golf outings, gifts, and relationship-building events are supported - not out of pocket. When you're ready to pursue a corporate flight department or a high-value pitch, our executives show up with you. We don't just hand you a product and wish you luck; we help you open doors that take most advisors years to crack on their own.
If you are a results-oriented HubSpot expert with a passion for building efficient systems and empowering sales teams, we encourage you to apply!
