PagerDuty is seeking a dynamic Account-Based Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will implement targeted campaigns and tactics to drive pipeline growth from a strategically curated list of key accounts. Working closely with Sales and Marketing, you will adopt a data-driven approach, consistently testing and evaluating campaign performance to ensure success. This is an exciting opportunity to lead strategic marketing initiatives that align with our vision and business objectives. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing and scaling integrated B2B SaaS ABM campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize pipeline contributions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESย ย 

  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success leadership to identify top target accounts and define objectives that drive revenue growth and enable customer success.
  • Autonomously develop and execute targeted, multi-channel ABM programs for key accounts. Collaborate closely with Sales and cross-functional marketing teams, applying a data-driven โ€˜test and learnโ€™ mindset to optimize performance.
  • Represent the Campaigns team and work closely with Marketing Operations to support high-performance ABM marketing tools and integrations, ensuring precise audience targeting through the appropriate channels.
  • Own, track, and measure program results, delivering insights to stakeholders across the business.
  • Define and implement scalable, repeatable processes to expand PagerDutyโ€™s ABM program across strategic accounts globally.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7+ years of previous B2B marketing or other relevant experience
  • 5+ years of experience in account-based marketing at a global-sized B2B SaaS company
  • Proven prior experience driving cross-functional collaboration with Sales to execute and optimize marketing campaigns
  • Successfully implemented data-driven programs with key measurements for success
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with an understanding of B2B marketing metrics and sales funnel

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • CRM/marketing automation background, preferably Salesforce and Marketo
  • ABM tool experience - Demandbase preferred
  • Hands-on experience executing across web, email, and digital marketing channels
  • Highly organized and efficient with the ability to develop and execute against an evolving plan
  • Clear communication skills to articulate new ideas, products, and campaigns to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Team player with the ability to work collaboratively and autonomously

The base salary range for this position is $114,000.00 - $172,700.00 USD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and/or benefits.

Our base salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range, which is subject to change based on primary work location, reflects the minimum and maximum base salary we expect to pay newly hired employees for the position. Within the range, we determine pay for an individual based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills/competencies and experience.
