Our Corporate Support Office in downtown Elmhurst is designed for collaboration, connection, and innovation. It's a supportive, ambitious culture where you'll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact and grow your career.

Why New Home Star?

Real Growth:ย Hands-on training, a professional development budget, and clear opportunities for advancement-all within a supportive, high-energy team led by leaders who are dedicated to your success.

Hybrid Flexibility: A flexible hybrid schedule that supports strategic in-office collaboration while providing the autonomy needed for focused, high-impact leadership work.

Award-Winning Culture:ย Supportive, high-energy team with leadership dedicated to your success, recognized in 2025 as the Best Place to Work in Real Estate and Glassdoor's Best Places to Work.

Compensation & Benefits:ย ย Base salary of $85,000, biannual bonus opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off, and more.

Volunteer Opportunities:ย Encouraged time and financial resources to give back to your local community in meaningful ways.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and manage account-based marketing plans for priority home-building accounts.
  • Research target companies, executives, business needs, markets, and relationship opportunities.
  • Create personalized campaigns across email, digital advertising, content, events, direct outreach, and executive communications.
  • Generate qualified meetings and business opportunities for New Home Star leadership.
  • Build long-term relationships with prospects, clients, and industry partners.
  • Prepare executives for meetings with account research, insights, and recommended messaging.
  • Strengthen New Home Star's B2B brand and position the company around revenue performance.
  • Use CRM, automation, analytics, and AI tools to prioritize accounts and improve personalization.
  • Track account engagement, qualified opportunities, pipeline, and campaign performance.
  • Partner with marketing, business development, technology, and executive leadership.

What Success Looks Like

  • Experience:ย 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, account-based marketing, business development, brand strategy, or a related field.
  • Experience marketing to a defined group of high-value accounts.
  • Strong executive communication, presentation, writing, and relationship-building skills.
