The Staffing Recruiter will support the talent acquisition process by sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates primarily for entry-level and mid-level positions. This role leverages various recruitment methods including agency recruitment, direct sourcing, and employee referrals to attract qualified candidates and ensures a smooth hiring and onboarding experience.
