Job description

We are looking for a Bilingual Enrollment Agent for a fast-growing network of private schools in the U.S. This role will support families through the enrollment journey via a remote call center environment.


Job Logistics:

  • 100% Remote (U.S. only, ideally MST or PST)
  • Full-time direct placement
  • 8-hour shifts scheduled between 7am–7pm
  • Rotating 3–6 hour Saturday shift monthly
  • High-volume call environment


Day to Day:

  • Conduct 70+ outbound calls daily
  • Handle inbound inquiries from families
  • Schedule and confirm school tours
  • Conduct post-tour follow-ups
  • Re-engage inactive leads
  • Document interactions in CRM system


Requirements:

  • Fluent Spanish (written, verbal)
  • 3+ years outbound call center experience
  • Sales or upselling experience
  • Strong communication skills

  • Associate’s degree or higher

Compensation: $23/hr - $25/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
