HR Solutions provides outsourced HR services to small and medium size businesses. We are searching for a full-time HR Administrator to assist our HR Consultants, Payroll and Benefits teams with general administrative support! This role would obtain exposure to project management, policy compliance, employee relations, leave management, EEO reporting, etc.

  • Assist in leave administration such as FMLA, ADA, and Maternity
  • Background and termination process
  • New Hire Administration
  • Payroll Administration
  • General administration as needed
Qualifications
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent experience
