As a Human Resources Generalist, you will:

  • Partner with leaders to support recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding activities.
  • Analyze employee feedback and exit interview trends to identify opportunities for improved retention and engagement.
  • Coach team members on career development, goal setting, and Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
  • Support leadership development by partnering with new and promoted leaders and helping them navigate company resources, expectations, and best practices.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on employee engagement, team development, and HR-related matters.
  • Lead and support engagement, recognition, and culture-building initiatives.
  • Provide guidance to team members and leaders regarding policies, programs, benefits, and employment practices.
  • Assist with the administration and continuous improvement of HR processes and programs.
  • Help foster an inclusive, positive, and high-performing workplace culture.

  • Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Two or more years of Human Resources experience in a generalist, employee relations, talent development, or HR operations role.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and HR systems.
