Interim Hospitality Coordinator (Part-Time)
Position Summary
The Interim Hospitality Coordinator is responsible for creating a welcoming, organized, and professional office environment for employees, clients, and visitors. This role supports daily office operations by coordinating meeting spaces, maintaining common areas, managing office supplies, assisting with internal events, and providing general administrative support to ensure a positive workplace experience. THIS IS A PART TIME ROLE THAT WILL REPORT TO THE OFFICE THREE DAYS A WEEK.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for office hospitality and workplace experience needs.
  • Maintain conference rooms, common areas, kitchen spaces, and other shared environments to ensure they are clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Support meeting and event coordination, including room setup, scheduling assistance, and hospitality arrangements.
  • Monitor and replenish office, kitchen, and hospitality supplies as needed.
  • Assist with internal communications related to office events, celebrations, and employee activities.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain office calendars and support workplace scheduling activities.
  • Coordinate with vendors, building management, and internal teams to address office needs.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to help ensure efficient day-to-day office operations.
  • Assist with special projects and additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in hospitality, office coordination, administrative support, customer service, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook.
